Published in 2006, "Nicotine Kiss" is the 18th novel in the Amos Walker series. He investigates like Philip Marlowe did in the 1950s. Luddite Amos Walker does not even use a cellphone. In this case, hardboiled private eye Amos Walker faces a shotgun wielding snowmobiler in Port Sanilac, Michigan. IMHO, I would rate "Nicotine Kiss" at 4.25 stars.
