The relationships between the characters were extremely well-done and realistic. Everyone was human, so I couldn't hate those I disliked nor love those I liked. So well written that I cried at the end. I definitely recommend it.

An interesting addition to the Arthur myths. There were several times when I actually forgot the narrator was a girl, Myrddin had done such a good job at disguising her as a boy.

The real Arthur had been just a little tyrant in an age of tyrants. What mattered about him was the stories.
