where did the comment go that I was typing? If you read & see things written twice-??--
This is a gorgeously illustrated work well worth reading. Illustrations very helpful for understanding evolution of Lawren Haris's life. Your heart follows King's words -- to Abstract painting; instead of one's mind aying, "Hmm, it's interesting." It was more than that. Not "the times" Harris' Art followed, and was expression of his Life. But of course it takes a book- a great book--to make you feel this. And that King did not shrink from putting in the book, the last illustrations, when Harris' abilities ebbing--and yet still powerful-
