Borrowed the book after seeing one episode of her series and was pleased to see that the recipes showcased are in the book. Returned and ordered it online.

I waited for several months to read this book, and when I finally received it ... what a disappointment! There wasn't a single recipe in this book that I would ever make, most recipes calling for some rather fancy/expensive ingredients. I ended up having it for a day and returning it. I wouldn't recommend this book unless you're into buying different ingredients. I did find the pictures were quite nice, but the recipes themselves (though I'm sure tasty) often had ingredients I'd never heard of, or just don't regularly buy.
