Personally, I liked Edward Norton as Bruce Banner.

Despite liking almost every character in this movie... I didn't much like the movie. For someone who has no knowledge of the Hulk Universe, the brief origin story montage at the beginning was not enough background, and I went through the movie feeling like I was dropped into the middle of a story and that I was missing all of the understanding of the deeper meanings of things that happened. Worth watching for it's brief tie in to the Marvel universe... not the greatest movie in and of itself.

Good movie. Besides the brief taking Our LORD's name in vain and the brief sexual content, it was a Ok movie. Recommended.

An interesting story and refreshing take on the Hulk as a reboot by Marvel Studios. Unfortunately in my opinion, I found the movie very slow paced and "Incredibly" boring. (pun intended) What didn't help was the bad acting from Edward Norton.

The movie is unlike the other phase 1 movies as it only contains one connection to the marvel universe in an awkward cameo by a famous avenger which we never saw the resolution of in regards to Thunderbolt Ross. Guess we will see it in Civil War?

Action scenes were great and I liked abomination, but everything else fell flat for me and I think it's one of the lowest pieces in the MCU.

Much better made than the 2003 Ang Lee HULK, and with Edward Norton, a plus as he takes his turn as the scientist Bruce Banner and his alter ego, The Incredible Hulk. Dont stop to breath however, because before we know it, we're in a mish mash adventure of monster mayhem and action as the army pursues Bruce and Betty. Tim Roth plays the soldier/ hunter who will ultimately become the dreaded monster, Abomination. The pacing of the movie is also better than the first one and you get a sense of the humanity behind the Hulk. Worth a few hours viewing.

Not bad, but the plot gets kind of silly towards the end. At least he says "HULK SMASH"

Enjoyed re-watching it while I wait for "The Avengers" to hit theatres. My only issue was that is started skipping at some parts, especially near the end.

This one is way better then the 2003 Hulk movie. I liked it, but didn't love it, so I'll give it a 8/10, still pretty good though. And it had some Avengers tins ins too.

During the opening credits sequence, General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross (William Hurt) meets with Dr. Bruce Banner (Edward Norton), the colleague and lover of his daughter Betty (Liv Tyler), regarding an experiment, Ross says, to make humans immune to gamma radiation. The experiment, which in truth is part of an operation Ross hopes will restart Dr. Abraham Erskine's failed "super soldier" program that created Captain America, fails, transforming Banner into the Hulk (voiced by Lou Ferrigno) whenever Banner becomes angry. As the Hulk, he destroys the lab and injures Betty. Afterwards he flees, becoming a fugitive from the United States Armed Forces.
