Awesome episodes with the droids. I just wish the parents would stop letting their kids scratch up all the discs in Boston.

Star Wars: Clone Wars: Season 5

The opening of season 5 has hailing hope; where which, rising resiliency amongst rebel, freedom fighters of planet Onderon, inspire the deft idea of stoically standing up against encroaching crafty tyrannical Separatist oppressors.

The middle makings of season 5, has some awesome, transcending and transient tales from points of views, coming from interesting characters, such as and like: young Jedi children, droids, a small stature colonel, the pirate Hondo, an amnesiac clone (Gregory), the Sith Brothers and their ties with wanting revenge on Obi-Wan Kenobi for what he did to elder brother, Darth Maul.

The ending of season 5, emanates an air, eluding to the likes, of like an heir hierarchy of derisive ruling, that of a menacing mockery towards mutual growing inclusivity; this, a cosmic society and her system of balance between the factions of fear and fidelity; it would appear, in this season 5, that fervent fear is more maintained, miasmic, and alive; that is, it is corrosively kept in play and would willingly delay all sorts of orders…of knowingly and unknowingly, mental mind borders…even venturing from the Jedi Order herself, a mostly benign order that she is; by which, the blessed boons, soon begin to dilapidate and become increasingly decadent themselves.

And so, by this coming close, the Jedi are sent even closer to states of clouded character confusion, accompanying with equally clouded conscious obfuscation. A dismal day, indeed, as Master Anakin and all akin, who and whom, bounded by benign order, fall evermore closer, to dire disorder; closer to display of sith sanctioned, soon to be coming, dark day.

I was sadden by the death of female, newly elected, rebellion leader of Onderon; but, as pinnacle climatic practices dictate, scenes of greatness, generally demand a sacrifice of sacred kind of character, to make scene and story and to make current characters of scene and story, to be held in more meaningfulness. I am enamored by Ventriss’s, Hondo’s, the small statured colonel’s, and the children jedi’s characters growth. I do have hopes, that they, the creators, bring back, the once forgotten of self, Gregory, the sacrificial, Clone Commando; and bring him back, as he did make a promise that he’d be back. I appreciated the Sith Brothers stories and their particular scenes. -Xandor Who; jjm 4.7/5.0

Good enough show, but the plots can be thin and the slavish (and endless!) recycling of dialog from original movies makes me crazy. Surely someone somewhere can write a few new lines? On a regular basis, too, an episode or series of episodes will focus on a total bumpkus who succeeds in spite of himself, all the while gaining no awareness of his own doofiness (a la Jar Jar). Why Lucas continues to push this style of character non-development baffles me. I've gotten through 5 seasons, though.
