This is a dense and informative book about the Idle No More movement, how and why it started, who is participating. I appreciated the chronology listed near the end of the book. I knew about some of the activities while they were happening, but not all that were written about in this book. Some of the selections are on the dry, academic side. Many are first-person narratives that drew me in by clearly showing what was important about this movement for that individual. The poetry and graphics are powerful. Thank you for this book. Next I'll be looking for the flash mob dances/pow wows on YouTube.
