Hallmark usually has great films. I found this series to not have enough to it. A little too safe with not enough to keep you entertained. Something more simple that may relax you to the point of sleepiness. I think geared to more of the older generation

A wonderful series, with compelling stories that will make you binge watch. Thanks to Hallmark for providing something worthwhile.

Typical Hallmark Channel fare livened up by Andie MacDowell in the title role. She presides as the one court judge of small town Cedar Cove, WA. Of course, romance ensues when reformed alcoholic, and Philly transplant, Jack arrives to edit the weekly town newspaper. Dylan Neal (miscast in my opinion) plays Jack. The drama revolves around Andie and Jack's budding relationship, their families' and friends' ups and downs, and life in a small, but very picturesque hamlet. Not what I would call compelling, but ultimately satisfying entertainment.
