9TH BOOK IN Rosato & Associates SERIES. AUDIOBOOK AVAILABLE THRU MNLINK

Vincent T Lombardo Feb 23, 2013

I found Lisa Scottoline's writing style irritating on occasion: too much detail about what the women wore; too many women "jumped" to their "pumps!". Sometimes I felt that I was reading elevated "Chick Lit". But I kept turning the pages!!!!! This is a great story. The book is very entertaining and I laughed out loud many times. Like Scottoline, I grew up in Philadelphia, and her descriptions of South Philadelphia and its Italian-American community are colorful and honest. I look forward to reading some of her other books.
