Very repetitive, and rather short; the accompanying CD has the book on it!

Wonderful book. Great that CD comes with it. Listened to it everyday in the car on the way to and from work. She has wonderful advice and affirmations that can't help but make you look at life in a positive way. The affirmations that she provides are a great help and helped me in creating some of my own. Excellent!
