Three friends gather frequently at a knitting store, 'The Good Yarn,' and make for a very good yarn. They are the three strands around whom the yarn revolves - they, their partners, and their children. I had a bit of trouble keeping the characters straight but once I did it was gripping. Macomber's characters are very human which makes for a poignant story. A good read which turns into a page-turner.
